Size Reduction Specialists Corporation (SRS/FBE) has been classified as an essential supplier by some of our customers due to our involvement within their infrastructure, pharmaceutical, food and agriculture, transportation and logistics, health care or critical manufacturing divisions. Employees who work in our facility in East Lansing, Michigan can be categorized as “Critical Infrastructure Workers” under the current mandate in Michigan to the extent our workers are necessary to enable, support, or facilitate the work of our original operation and business critical infrastructure customers. SRS has been identified an essential supplier to some of our customers as described above, we will continue with our normal business hours and strive to maintain a seamless line of supply and communication between our customers, suppliers and staff resources.
As government authorities implement curfews and shelter-in-place orders, Critical Infrastructure Workers will be permitted to continue working, including traveling to and from work. SRS/FBE has implemented work from home measures where feasible and will have staff in our facility to ship, receive and continue standard business operation.
